Consultant
Position Description
The Consultant is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of AirWatch™, an enterprise management software solution designed for use in a variety of customer environments. The Consultant will support AirWatchTM through the full life-cycle of the client engagement, from supporting the project during the sales cycle through implementation. Additionally, the Consultant will be trained to be proficient in our AirWatch™ solution, supporting the following activities:Responsibilities
- Leading server installations with the AirWatch™ console, including all relevant 3rd party technical components
- Leading mobile data terminal, client software installation and configuration activities
- Supporting application implementation efforts, including application configuration, testing, and issue resolution, both on-site at the client location and remotely
- Leading end-user training efforts, including creation of user documentation and hands-on training exercise(s), for both operational and technical users
- Providing off-hour support as needed for client implementations
- Supporting and / or leading multiple implementations concurrently
- Documenting and providing AirWatchTM solution feedback to our Software Development team to allow for continuous product improvement based on internal and external product experiences
- Support AirWatch™ software quality assurance activities, including testing and documentation of product issues
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in an engineering and / or technical discipline from an accredited college / university required
- 1-3 years professional experience in a technology or technology consulting role, including network configuration and troubleshooting required
- 1-3 years wireless network configuration and troubleshooting
- External customer service or consulting experience preferred
- Exposure to SQL preferred
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading, grammar and spelling
- Ability to work well in a highly dynamic / team environment that focuses on providing above industry standard customer service
- Ability to travel between 40 - 50%
