Sales Assistant

Position Description

Wandering WiFi is currently seeking a talented Inside Sales Representatives to join their rapidly growing team. This position will support senior level executives, and provide the opportunity for advancement and upward mobility within the company. This candidate will be exposed to all aspects of the sales lifecycle, and will learn about the business from high level executives with years of proven success. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, hardworking, and looking to begin a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• A minimum of two years business to business lead generation / telephone sales experience
• Knowledge of the high-tech sales cycles
• Ability to Interact with customers, prospects and partners in a professional and confident demeanor
• Support all aspects of sales cycles, coordinate client meetings, and prepare proposals
• Utilize advanced features of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to customize presentations, and create detailed spreadsheets, models and complex proposals
• Utilizing a leading-edge CRM system, Salesforce.com, for sales opportunity distribution and reporting
• Prepare and distribute sales reports for internal meetings
• Research prospects, partners, and competitors using all available tools such as Hoovers, web sites, media guides, etc.
• Help with trade show/event coordination and participation
• Cold calling and prospecting to executives to identify business and systems needs
• Handle inbound leads and outbound lead follow-up
• Manage and nurture pipeline of prospects
• Execute campaigns in support of marketing initiatives
• Identify senior level decision makers and influencers within client organizations
• Understand prospects’ buying criteria and general business needs

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, use solid judgment and create “client-ready” deliverables
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook (will be tested)
• Aggressive sales personality
• Professional but friendly attitude, presence, and communication skills
• Attention to detail is an absolute must
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Someone with a thick skin and CAN DO attitude
• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel
