Wandering WiFi Names Alan Dabbiere Chairman
Former Founder and CEO of Manhattan Associates Joins Wireless Technology Provider and Leverages Financial Investment in Company

ATLANTA, January 16, 2006 - Wandering WiFi, a wireless technology solutions provider, announced today that Alan Dabbiere, former president, CEO and chairman of Manhattan Associates, has joined the company as its chairman. In addition, Dabbiere has made an investment in the company that will be used for further product expansion and development through his privately held investment company, Pegasys Inc.

Dabbiere brings to Wandering WiFi more than 15 years of executive management experience. Dabbiere was founder of Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ: MANH), a supply-chain execution software company, and served as president and CEO from 1990 through 1999. He was added as chairman of the board after the company’s initial public offering in 1998 and remained in the position through 2003. During his tenure at Manhattan Associates, the company grew to over $200 million in revenue with more than 1000 employees and 900 customers.

“I’m excited about Wandering WiFi and what we can accomplish within this industry,” said Dabbiere. “It’s not about the Internet connection itself - everyone has that. It’s about enhancing the customer experience with customized applications and delivery of information to the consumer. By focusing on the needs of our customers and the level of service we provide, we plan to gain a lot of ground in 2006.”

Prior to Manhattan Associates, Dabbiere was employed by Kurt Salmon Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in consumer products manufacturing and retailing. Dabbiere was named the Ernst & Young entrepreneur of the year in 1999 and recognized in 1998 by The Wall Street Journal for his commitment to furthering education in technology through Manhattan Associates’ partnership with Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Dabbiere has a Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry and a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University.
