Industry Veteran Joins Wandering WiFi in Account Management
Former ICOA Director Joins Company to Manage Flagship Accounts

Atlanta, February 8, 2007 - Wandering WiFi, a leader in public and private wireless technology solutions, today announced Chris Browne, former director of IT operations for ICOA, Inc. (OTCBB:ICOA), has joined the Wandering WiFi team. Browne will be responsible for the account management of select flagship accounts for Wandering WiFi, and charged with maintaining a high level of client service from implementation to daily issue management.

Coming on board with more than 12 years of industry knowledge, Browne last served as the director of IT operations for ICOA, Inc., a national multi-vertical provider for wireless and back office services. Browne was responsible for the overall strategy and daily operation for provisioning, call center, corporate infrastructure, security, software development, software engineering, and design.

Browne's background also includes multiple positions at McDonald's Corporate, including the operational lead responsible for a portion of the national rollout of broadband and wireless services to its 13,000 US restaurants.
